Since starting to manufacture and supply restriction enzymes as domestic products in Japan over two decades ago, Gentaur has witnessed dramatic and revolutionary advances in biotechnology. The advancement ranges from enabling human genome analysis projects to be completed in unimaginably short time frames to correcting a genetic defect in children with hereditary disease by ex vivo gene therapy.
